Cookie Policy

Effective: July 2, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to website owners.

2. How We Use Cookies

Coffee360 uses cookies only where the Service needs them to work:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Service to function — keeping you signed in and, during the private beta, unlocking early access from a preview link
  • Functional storage: We use your browser's local storage (a similar technology) to remember settings and session details on your device

We do not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are only set in response to actions you take, such as:

  • Signing in to your account
  • Using an early-access preview link during the private beta

Functional Storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your settings and session details on your device (for example, your display name and sign-in session). This information stays in your browser until you sign out or clear it.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can:

  • Delete all cookies already on your device
  • Set your browser to block cookies
  • Set your browser to alert you when a cookie is being placed

Note: If you block essential cookies, some parts of our Service may not work properly.

5. Cookie Categories

Cookie NamePurposeDuration
sb-* (sign-in)Keep you signed in (authentication session)While you stay signed in

6. Third-Party Cookies

We don't use third-party cookies for advertising or analytics. The only third-party services involved are the providers that run the Service for us — our sign-in provider and our hosting infrastructure — and the strictly necessary cookies listed above are the only cookies they set through Coffee360.

7. Your Choices (US)

Coffee360 is a US-only service, so this policy takes a US notice-and-choice approach: we tell you what cookies we use, and you can control them through your browser (Section 4) rather than a consent banner.

California and some other states give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, including via cookies. We do not sell or share personal information collected by cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. Where state law treats the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as such an opt-out, we honor it. See our Privacy Policy for your full US privacy rights.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Contact Us

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at privacy@coffee360.org.
